Rules:
+ The only rule is that you MUST fill out the form COMPLETELY.
+ List all the doubles you are exchanging in alphabetical order, AND provide image links as well. Thank you~
+ If you receive a double from your starting deck in your starter pack, you may exchange it here for another random card from that same deck.
