Sparkle Summon is a service that is currently under construction, but don't worry! Once it's up, you'll be able to exchange your sparkle currency for bishoujo cards with special abilities. :) You even get to pick your own bishoujo.
You'll also be able to buy coupons here for temporary coupons after you adopt 3 bishoujo.
